Female Pelvic Floor Essentials is an intensive five-day clinical course designed to equip healthcare professionals with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in female pelvic floor anatomy, assessment, and rehabilitation. The course integrates evidence-based theory with hands-on training to support effective management of pelvic floor dysfunction affecting bladder, bowel, and sexual health.

The course combines lectures, demonstrations, and supervised practical sessions covering:

  •    Causes and classification of pelvic floor muscle dysfunction
  •    Subjective and objective assessment of the external pelvic floor muscles
  •    Principles and correct application of Kegel exercises
  •    Development of individualized treatment plans and appropriate clinical goals
  •    Abdominal and perineal scar therapy techniques
  •    Use of real-time ultrasound for pelvic floor muscle assessment and biofeedback
