General Objectives:

By the end of this level, the participant will be able to:

  1. Understand sentences and frequently used expressions related to areas of immediate relevance (e.g., personal and family information, shopping, work, and travel).
  2. Communicate in simple and routine tasks requiring a direct exchange of information.
  3. Describe in simple terms aspects of their background, environment, and daily activities.
  4. Read and comprehend short texts, letters, and simple articles on familiar topics.
  5. Write short paragraphs, notes, and simple emails using proper grammar and structure.

Module 1: Everyday Communication and Social Interaction

  • Talking about past and future events
